My concern is with the beauty and enormity of the minutae and domestication of the every day, when we have time to notice the small things, the bigger ones must be all right.

The work portrays a diaristic series of events and people that have occured and stood out in every day life. This is portrayed in some pieces in the imagery and in the others in the materials used. I am interested in raising the standing of both issues and materials that are traditionally related with the home and women into the world of fine art.   The making process is important to each piece, a need for time and focused activity within a busy world.
